Designed to Handle Large Axial Movement
ATS Thermal Pak expansion joints are engineered to accommodate significant axial pipe movement while maintaining dependable sealing performance. Standard designs support up to 12 inches of expansion in pipe sizes ranging from 1-1/2″ to 24″ NPS.
For more demanding applications, ATS offers special configurations capable of handling up to 24 inches of expansion in single joints and 48 inches total expansion in double expansion joint assemblies. These designs are suitable for operating conditions up to 1000 psig at 750°F. For applications requiring greater movement, ATS engineers are available to provide custom solutions.
